Ingredients

    1 lb dried pinto beans
    8 cups of water
    1 med chopped onion
    1 1/4 tsp of seasoned salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 Tbsp of Land O Lakes whipped salted butter

Directions

Rinse beans and cook in 8 cups of water; add chopped onion, seasoned salt, garlic powder and margarine. Cook until tender. May also put in crock pot and cook all day. May need to periodically add more water.

Serving Size: Makes approx (6) 1 cup servings
