    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 5 cloves
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Salt, 0.5 tbsp
    Boiling water, 4 cup

Bring the water to boil in a kettle. In a pan, fry the onions until they are brown and then add the garlic. Fry for another minute, just and add the rice. Continue to fry, always mixing so it doesn't burn. The more you fry, the nicer it will taste. By then, the water should have boiled, so salt the rice and add the water. Cook it until the water dries. Then remove it from hit, put the lid on the pan and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

To increase the quantity, simply keep the ratio of 2 cups of water for each cup of rice.
