    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 4 cups
    Vital wheat gluten, 75 grams (4 tsps)
    Jalapeno Peppers with seeds, 3 peppers, 2 diced 1 sliced
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cups, shredded
    Iodized Sea Salt, 1 TBSP
    Granulated Sugar, 1 TBSP
    Yeast, bakers, 0.25 ounce (1 pkg or 2.5 tsps)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 TBSP
    water, 11 fl.oz or 1-3/8 cups


Following bread machine techniques, combine all ingredients and set for a French Bread style.. The bread machine I use requires wet ingredients on the bottom, dry ingredeints on the top, with the yeast in a small well in the flour. Add peppers and cheese over the flour and set for a two-kneading/rising cycle, NOT a rapid rise cycle. ENJOY!!!
