    3 lb Beef Round Rump Roast
    1 lg Onion, chopped
    1/2 C. Celery, chopped
    2 T. Vinegar
    2 T. Brown Sugar
    4 T. Lemon Juice
    1 C. Ketchup
    3 T. Worchestershire Sauce
    1 tsp. Chili Powder
    1 1/2 C. Water


Put beef in Roaster, add onion & celery on top. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over top.

Bake at 350* approx. 4 hrs. Check at 3 hrs and turn meat.

When meat is tender, shred with 2 forks. Remove any fat. Add meat back into sauce. Serve on toasted buns. Leftovers can be frozen.

*Add 2 tsp. of cornstarch to thicken, if sauce is not thick enough. This only adds about 10 calories per teaspoon.
