    4 persimmons
    1.5 tbsp honey
    2 oz mozzarella
    2 tsp pumpkin spice


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Cut the top off of the persimmons and hollow out a shallow hole to place the mozzarella.

Rub the spices on the inside of the persimmons and coat the inside with honey.

Place persimmons on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes until the meat of the fruit is fork soft. Place 0.5 oz of mozzarella in each of the hole you cut in the top of the persimmons and roast for another 15 minutes until the mozzarella is soft.
