Introduction

This sauce is good with either pork or chicken. Best if you make in same pan as you cook meat in for extra flavor. This sauce is good with either pork or chicken. Best if you make in same pan as you cook meat in for extra flavor.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup sliced Onions
    3 cloves minced Garlic
    4 oz Chardonay, Sterling
    1/4 tsp Saffron
    1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

After sautéing pork or chicken, place onions and garlic in pan over medium heat. Sauté for 2 minutes. Deglaze with wine. Reduce until thick. Add chicken stock and saffron. Reduce for 10 minutes. Add cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on reserved meat.
