Ingredients

    1 box chicken flavored low sodium rice a roni
    1/2 pt. llow fat sour cream
    1 can mild red sauce (enchilada sauce)
    1 can tomato soup
    12 tortillas
    2-3 c. shredded cheese

Directions

Prepare rice a roni according to package directions. Add sour cream to rice a roni. fill tortillas with rica a roni mixture and roll them up. lay rolled tortillas in 9x13 pan. mix tomato soup and mild red sauce together. pour over rolled tortillas. top with cheese. cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
