    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    5 Tbs butter or margerine
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    36 Pita chips, crushed (I used Stacy's Italian Harvest Pita chips) enough to make aprox 2 cups of crumbs


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crush the pita chips into a fine powder, measure and set aside. Cut the chicken breasts inot strips to make chicken fingers. Crush the garlic cloves into a small pan, add the butter or margerine and melt. put the chicken into a metal bowl, pour the melted garlic butter onto the chicken, toss to coat, pour the crumbs on top and toss them to coat also, place the chicken pieces on a cookie sheet with a roasting rack inot a preheated 375 degree oven, bake 30 minutes or until done.
