    1/3 cup vegan margarine
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup soy milk
    1 tsp vanilla


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together the vegan margarine and sugar, then stir in the flour and baking powder and baking soda. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Muffin tins or bread pan can be used. Bake about 30 min for muffins and about 50 for bread. As usual, it's done when golden brown and toothpick comes out clean . . or mostly clean they stay pretty moist.
