Ingredients

    2 medium apples
    Cinnamon to taste
    1 T Sugar

Directions

Core and slice apples (peel if desired)

Place in no stick pan and cook, stirring frequently til just tender but still firm. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and continue to cook a minute or two longer, til syrupy and yummy looking.
