Ingredients

    Chicken breast, 9 oz (3 3oz breasts)
    Olive oil, 1 tsp
    Mushrooms, 1 cup, chopped
    Onion, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic Powder, 1 Tbsp
    Water, 4 cups

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours. Spoon out veggies and serve on top of chicken breast. Reserve the broth to freeze for later use.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 3oz meat.
