    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 48 ounces chopped
    Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz)
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Oregano, ground, 2 tsp
    Basil, .5 tsp
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, remove before serving
    White Wine, 4 fl oz


cook for 6-8 hrs on low in the crockpot

serve over rice or pasta
