    jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 box (6 servings)
    1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
    1/4 cup nulaid egg substitute


mix all ingredients in a bowl
spray casserole or baking pan w/ cooking spray
pour batter into small casserole or round baking pan
bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
serve with i can believe its not butter spray
