Ingredients

4oz slivered almonds
8oz package of cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
12 packets Splenda
Tips
Place in fridge overnight for best, or at least serve cold.
Directions
Crush almonds into a crushed graham-cracker like consistency (either crush in a bag, use a food processor or magic bullet, etc). Melt butter and add almond and splenda to taste.
Press mixture into bottom of four ramkins and place into preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake until slightly brown (10 minutes or so).
While crust is baking, mix softened cream cheese with 1 egg and add splenda (roughly 8 packets, to taste) and 1 tsp vanilla (or more to taste).
Spread onto crust and bake for 10-15 minutes until top is cracked.
Serving Size: Makes 4 ramkin-sized servings
