    3 T Egg whites, 1 serving
    1/4 C Panko Bread Crumbs
    1/4 C Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    2 T Canola Oil
    2 Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
    1 Can Spaghetti Sauce
    2 C Cooked pasta
    1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, grated


Mix egg white and 1 T canola oil in a pie plate. Mix Panko and Italian style bread crumbs in a separate pie plate. Cut chicken breasts in half. Dip into egg white mixture, then bread crumbs.

Cook chicken until golden brown in fry pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and 1 T oil.

Cook pasta according to directions.

Layer cooked pasta, chicken and spaghetti sauce in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Serve with side salad or vegetable of your choice.
