Ingredients

    2 lb Beef, top sirloin, cut in 1/2 inch strips
    2 packages Fajita Seasoning (McCormick)
    1/2 cup Red Wine
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cups Onions, raw, sliced
    2 1/2 cup chopped Red Bell Pepper

Tips

This is great with Spanish Rice and Refried beans and cheese. Serve with warm tortillas, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.


Directions

Combine beef, fajita seasoning and red wine and let stand for 30 minutes to overnight.
When ready to cook, heat saute pan, stir fry pan or wok on high. Add olive oil. Saute beef until browned and medium rare, remove from pan. Add onions and bell peppers to hot pan and saute until tender. Add back beef to pan and any liquid. Bring to simmer and serve.
