    Apples, fresh, 9 medium , diced
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp

    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .5 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    cinnamon, 1-2 tsp


Toss diced apples with white sugar, spices, and lemon juice. Spread out into pan. In bowl, mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake @ 375 F for 30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
