Introduction

Good way to sneak in fruits and veggies, and it tastes better than it sounds :)
You'll probably need to drink it once or twice before you'll like it (I did), but it really is good :)

Ingredients

    4 Carrots
    1 sweet apple

Directions

Cut apple into 4ths, cut tops and bottoms off of carrots. Put in juicer, and then pour the juice into an 8-ounce glass. Enjoy :)
