Ingredients

    3.22 lbs of boneless ham
    1 lg head of cabbage cut into small - med. pieces
    approx. 12 red potatos (sm. to med.) cut in half
    3 cloves of garlic whole

Directions

Cut ham into quarters and bring to a boil with 12-14 cups of water. Add potatos and let simmer until potato are soft, add cabbage with garlic cloves, continue boiling until cabbage is soft. Remove ham and cut into small chunks and put back into pot. Serves 12-14
