    .75 Cup Oatmeal
    .25 Cup Oat Bran
    .25 Wheat Bran
    1 Apple Chopped
    .25 Cup Raisins
    .5 Teaspoon Cinnamon
    .5 Teaspoon Salt


Makes 2 Servings

Heat Water to boiling.
Add all ingredients and cook at rolling boil for 5 minutes.
