Turkey Lasagna Turkey Lasagna
Number of Servings: 20


    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 Green Pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 large yellow onion
    Red pepper (optional)
    3 cloves garlic
    2.5 jars of your favorite pasta sauce. I use Newman's Own brand
    16 oz ricotta
    Mozz cheese - 16 oz
    Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
    16 oz frozen chopped spinach
    2 eggs
    lasagna noodles (3/4 box)


Chop red and green peppers and onion. Brown Ground Turkey with these. After turkey is browned, drain and add pasta sauces and seasonings

In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, egg and thawed/drained spinach.

Spray lasagna pan with non-stick spray. Start with thin layer of pasta sauce in bottom of pan. Layer noodles with alternating filling. Do not pre-cook noodles. Spread mozzarella on top of turkey sauce layer and top.

Bake at 375 covered for 60 minutes and then uncovered for 20 minutes
