    1 pound breakfast sausage (any brand)
    4 large eggs
    1/4 c green peppers, sliced
    1/4 c red peppers, sliced
    1 Tbl. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. colby jack cheese, shredded
    salt & pepper to taste


Cook sausage until brown and crumbled. Remove from pan, drain grease and pat dry.
Scramble eggs in a non-stick skillet, add onions & peppers.
Cook until done.
Add sausage to pan and stir.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
