Introduction

This is a decadent recipe. Use as a fondue sauce with your favorite bread OR combine with spaghetti, place mixture into a baking dish and top with sausage slices. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees and serve for dinner. Due to calorie count I would only use this on special occasions. This is a decadent recipe. Ingredients

    1 bag sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) - if only mild cheese is available, add a dash or two of Tabasco Sauce

    I carton sour cream

    1/2-1 cup white wine (remember to only cook with wine you would drink)

    I clove garlic chopped

    1 tbsp worchester sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Melt over medium to low heat. Stir constantly until all ingredients are combined and melted. Serve immediately.
