    Barilla Plus Angel Hair, 24 oz (typically 1.5 pkg)
    Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic pasta sauce, 3 cup (or any same-sized jar of your favorite sauce).
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Garlic, 6 clove (dry, roasted or raw - whatever your taste and supply)
    Onions, dehydrated flakes, 0.25 cup (you can use fresh, but sweat or sauté before heating with sauce)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp


Cook pasta al dente. Heat sauce, tomato paste, garlic and onions to a simmer (you can let it simmer until the pasta is done). Stir together pasta and sauce with a bit of pasta water. Add mozzarella and mix. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and top with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and starts to brown (about 45 minutes). Makes 12 generous portions or more, smaller portions (great for a potluck!).
