Ingredients

2 cups real pumpkin (drained) or 1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 extra large eggs
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1 Keebler ready crust extra serving size pie crust (graham)
Tips
My hubby hated the normal bland pumpkin pies so this is what I came up with.
Directions
Brush bottom and sides of crust with beaten egg. Place on baking sheet. bake 4 minutes in 350degree F oven.
Preheat oven to 425degrees F. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust, bake 15minutes.
Reduct oven temperature to 350degrees F and continue baking 35 - 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1inch from crust comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
