    1/4 cup natural cane sugar
    1 1/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup pure canned pumpkin
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp allspice


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together sugar, applesauce, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.

Stir in pumpkin, set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and allspice.

Stir dry mixture into creamed pumpkin mixture and mix well.

Place 1/4 cup of mixture in each muffin top in the pan.

Mine made 13 muffin tops.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Times will vary.
