Ingredients

Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 6 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw)
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Margarine like spread, approximately 40% fat, .25 cup
Marshmallow Candy, 1.5 cup of miniature
Directions
bake or boil sweet potatoes. Let cool. Peel, and cut into 1" slices.
Grease casserole dish. Place down one layer of potato slices. Sprinkle with brown sugar, dot with margarine. Repeat with the remainder of sweet potatoes, using as many layers as necessary.
Place in oven, bake covered until heated through, approximately 15 minutes. Remove, add marshmallows in a single layer over the entire top of casserole.
Place in oven uncooked until marshmallow tops are golden brown. Remove. Serve immediately.
