Got this recipe from my daughter's choir teacher. Got this recipe from my daughter's choir teacher.
Number of Servings: 20


    1 package (3 cups) whole cranberries washed, sorted and drained
    1 large orange
    1 med-large granny smith apple
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup brandy


Rinse and sort cranberries according to package directions, place in med-large saucepan. Wash the orange and apple very carefully, then cut off the ends of the orange and dice it finely, peel and all, add to cranberries. Core the apple and dice it finely (do not peel), add to cranberries and oranges. Add sugar and brandy, Bring to a boil then simmer until thickened, aprox 10-15 minutes. Cool

Serving Size: makes abt 20 2 Tablespoon servings
