Ingredients

    3/4 cup flaxseed meal (6 tbsp)
    3/4 cup to 1 cup of coconut milk
    1 tbsp of coconut oil
    2 egg whites
    cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, etc...(to flavor)

Directions

Mix flaxseed meal, egg whites, coconut milk and coconut oil into a bowl with whatever seasonsings you want for flavor. Put non-stick skillet on medium and cook until done like a pancake.
