Ingredients

10 lb. bag of potatoes(peeled, washed, cut into chunks)
1 bottle of Bacon Bits(I use imitation)
2-4 chopped onions(or onion powder if preferred)
2 Family size cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
Parsley(use whatever you think is enough)
Salt(to taste - I use garlic salt)
Pepper(to taste)
Cheddar Cheese, shredded(optional)
Directions
Cook potatoes, onions, parsley & bacon bits together until potatoes are mushy(just as if you were making cream potatoes, but don't drain water). Add cream of chicken soup. Let cook a little longer on reduced heat in order to simmer in flavor. If it's not thick enough, thicken with corn starch & milk. Add cheese if desired.
