    8 - Large Potatoes
    8tsp - Margarine Stick (1 whole stick)
    1/2 cup - Milk Low Fat 2%
    4tsp - Garlic Powder
    4tsp - Onion Powder

When mashing you can always add more seasoning to make sure that they are tasty.

Fill a pan with water (enough to cover the potatoes) and add the garlic and onion salt. Cut the potatoes into small little chunks and put into the pan.
Once done cutting all the potatoes place the pan on the stove and cook over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or until the chunks are soft enough to mash. When done cooking drain the potatoe and then put back into the pan to mash. Once they are in the pan add the margarine stick and mash until you have them where you want them (chunky, smooth or inbetween). While mashing add the milk to make sure that they aren't dry. Stir them once you are done mashing to make sure that there is enough milk and that all the milk has been absorbed by the potatoes then serve.
