Introduction

Ingredients

    3c quartered FRESH Brussel Sprouts
    2c Granny Smith Apples, diced
    1c sweet Onion, chopped
    1c Carrots, grated
    1c Crasins
    1/2c Bacon Bits
    Zest and Juice of 1 Orange

    Dressing...
    1/2c Oil
    1/4c Apple Cider Vinegar
    3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
    3 Tbsp Orange Marmalade
    Salt and Pepper


Directions

Juice the orange and coat the diced apples. Then toss the apple mixture with the rest of the salad ingredients and dressing. Refrigerate 1 hr before serving. Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes about 16, 1/2c serving.
