    2 ripe bannanas
    1 stick of butter
    1.5 cups Flour, white
    3/4 cup sugar, white
    2 eggs, large
    1/4 cup milk
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    Mix 1st 2 ingredients in food processor 20 longer
    add the remaining ingredients and process 10 more seconds
    greese 9X5 loaf pan
    bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes...check with fork
    Walnuts optional
