Ingredients

3c Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar,
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
2 Egg whites
1.25 cup Milk, nonfat
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 can Peaches, drained (15oz)
1 c Blueberries, fresh or frozen
Tips
Can add walnuts before baking. Can also add milk when serving.
Directions
In large bowl combine oats, brown sugar and bkg powder.
Whisk the egg whites, egg, milk and vanilla.
Add wet to dry ingredients, stir until blended and let sit for 5min.
Chop up peaches and add, with blueberries, to the oat mixture.
Spray 11"x7" baking dish w/ cooking spray.
Pour mixture into dish and bake for 35-40 min, until top is browned.
