    2 C Bisquick Heart Healthy mix
    2 T sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 cup 1% milf
    2 T canola oil
    3/4 cup cranberries, chopped
    3 T walnuts, chopped


Can be used with any berry substitution.


Mix cranberries and sugar in a bowl. Mix together the edd, milk, and oil; add to Bisquick. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
