Similar to lasagna in layering with a twist! Similar to lasagna in layering with a twist!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 pkg. bowties, cooked el dente
    2 lbs. ground chicken
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 packets of taco seasoning
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    2/3 c. cheese, grated
    1 container cottage cheese
    1/2 pkg. cream cheese
    2 tbs. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. parmesan


I added a diced yellow pepper to cheese mix for color.
Not very salty.


Cook noodles till el dente.
Brown chicken and vegetables till done. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Simmer on the stove till ready to use.
Layer 1/2 of sauce mix in large casserole dish.
Next 1/2 of noodles.
Next dollop and spread cheese layer.
Add remaining noodles.
Top with remainder of meat sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake at 350 F. for about 30 min. till heated through.
