    2 c flour
    1 c cracked wheat mixed w 2 c water, cooked 3 min in microwave 3 min
    4 eggs
    4 T skim milk powder or 2 c skim milk
    4 T brown sugar
    1/2 c each bran and wheat germ
    1 c cornmeal
    1 t salt or salt substitute
    8 t baking powder


Mix all ingredients with mixture until wet - add water if needed. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
