Number of Servings: 13


    1 box of ditalini pasta (1 lb)
    1 medium onion minced
    6 cloves garlic
    Big can (48 Oz) chicken broth
    small can chicken broth 14 oz.
    1 can Pastene Tomatoes ( plum tomatoes in puree)
    1 can black beans rinsed
    1 can Cannelli beans rinsed
    1 can Red Kidney beans rinsed
    1 can navy beans rinsed


Extra yummy with a sprinkling of Pecorino Romano , enjoy with a piece of crusty french bread.


Sautee minced onion & coarsely chopped garlic in 1/4 cup olive oil, don't let garlic brown or it will become bitter.
Add pureed tomatoes & juices, add broth~ salt 7 pepper as desired, let simmer about an hour.
Add cooked pasta & rinsed/drained beans.

Let flavors 'marry' another 1/ hour on low. Add oregano & basil.
Enjoy with crusty bread.

Even better the next day, which is great~you'll have enough to eat all week for lunch!
