    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Canned Chicken, 1 can (10 oz)
    Kraft 2% Italian Cheese, 1 cup
    Campbell's cream of chicken soup, 1 can (10 3/4 oz)


Mix and bake at 350 for 30 min
