1 c. bob's redmill tvp(textured veg. protein)
2 1/2 c. rice krispies
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
2/3 c. any kind of nut butter (pb, almond, tahini, etc.)
Tips
make sure to press the mixture into the pan really well... making it very compact. also, make sure the edges are pressed really well because they will turn into a crumbly mess when you cut them. but if they do..... makes for a delicious yogurt topping:).

lightly oil a large piece of foil and line a 9x13in baking dish. set aside.
mix oats, tvp, rice krispies, salt and cinnamon into a large bowl.
put brown sugar and honey in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2 min or so.... until honey is hot and bubbly. stir with a wire whisk until the sugar is incorporated into the honey. add nut butter to sugar mixture and stir until it is incorporated.
poor immediately onto oats mixture and use a sturdy rubber spatula or wooden spoon to mix everything together. you are going to need to use some muscle to stir and press until everything is coated with the sugar mixture.
dump mixture into baking dish. spread, press and push until mixture is evenly distributed. leave to cool for about 15 min and then cut into bars.
