Ingredients

12 oz jamestown mild breakfst sausage
5 oz nufchatel cream cheese
2 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp black pepper, poultry seasoning and sage
1/3 cup kraft parmesan cheese
2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
3 garlic cloves
38 med mushrooms, stemmed and wiped clean
5 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 325, preheat skillet over med. heat.
Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth. Stem mushrooms and with a melon baller scoop out cap to make about 1/8 inch bigger. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil and mushroos to a bowl. Evenly coat the mushrooms and set aside. Add the remaining olive oil to preheated pan. Chop stems and pieces scooped out and add to pan, Chop onion and garlic and add to pan, cook for abut five minutes. Add sausage and cook through, breakng up s it cooks, add seasonings and bread crumbs. Stir until combined. Add cream cheese and stir until cheese has "melted"into the sausage mixture. Turn off the heat. Add parmesan cheese and parsley, Stir well. Mixture should hold together like a meatball. With a tbsp measure fill each mushroom cap with filling. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until browned and top is lightly crsip.
