    Shrimp fully cooked Berkley & Jensen, 1 lb
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Ginger Root, 2 inches
    Yams candied, 2 cup
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    *wasabi powder, 1 tsp
    Milk coconut Goya, 4 oz
    Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
    Lime Juice, 0.5 fl oz
    1/4 toasted slivered almonds (optional)
    1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro (optional)


You can use Thai green curry paste but I didn't have & used curry powder & wasabi powder mixed together in a paste instead.


. Saute onion 3 minutes, add minced garlic & ginger root & saute 1 minute. Add vegetable broth, yams & coconut milk. Stir well & heat for about 10 minutes if everything is already cooked. If not, put all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hrs
