    beef strips, lean.
    1 can crushed or diced tomatoes
    8 cups of beef broth, leftover roast broth, etc...
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup frozen green beans
    1 cup dry basmatti rice, PREPARED SEPARATELY
    1 glass (approximately) your fav. red wine
    lawreys seasoned salt to taste
    onion powder to taste
    green onions (chopped) about 5 onions


mix all soup ingredients (except wine, meat & rice) in soup pot and bring to boil. Add the meat & continue to boil softly for 30 minutes or so. Add the wine and continue to boil softly for about another 15 minutes. reduce heat and simmer for as long as you want. If it reduces too much, add some water. cook the rice separately and then add some to each bowl as you serve the soup. If you put the rice directly in the soup, it will cook too long and get mushy.

Serving Size: makes about 8 1 cup servings
