    1/4 C. Salted Butter - Softened
    1/4 C. Unsweetened Applesauce
    3/4 C. Brown Sugar
    1/2 C. Egg Beaters
    2 C. Mashed Bananas (Apprx. 4 Bananas)
    1 t. Vanilla
    1 C. White Flour
    1 C. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1 t. Baking Soda
    1 t. Cinnamon
    1/4 t. Salt
    1/4 t. Nutmeg - Fresh, ground


Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Cream together softend butter, applesauce and brown sugar. Add Egg Beaters, bananas and vanilla, mix thoroughly.
Sift flours, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in a seperate bowl.
Add dry mixture to wet, mix thoroughly.
Bake 55-60 minutes, checking middle for doneness.
