    2 cups prepared stuffing (prepared with water and 2 Tbls of butter)
    2 large eggs
    6 Tbls flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    pepper to taste


If dumplings are too sticky to roll into balls, add flour a little at a time.


Combine eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Mix in stuffing until combined. To cook bring soup (broth based soup of your liking) to a simmer, and drop dumplings in by the rounded tablespoonfull. Cook until they float, approximately 3 - 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
