    1 rotisserie chicken no skin and pulled off bones
    2 cans 99% fat free chicken broth
    4 bouillon cubes
    2 cans kroger buttermilk biscuits
    10 cups water
    salt and pepper to taste


The reason I used both canned broth and bouillon cubes is because thats what I had on hand.


Mix bouillon and water till dissolved add chicken broth. Add chicken to pot cut up or shredded into bit size pieces. Bring to a boil. While chicken and broth is heating cut biscuits into small dumplings and dust with flour to keep from sticking to each other this will also help thicken broth. Once broth is boiling drop dumplings into pot and let cook until done or desired texture. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Makes about 15 1-cup servings.
