    3 medium RIPE Bananas (Mashed)
    2/3C Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    2C Oatmeal
    1t Vanilla Extract
    1T Cocoa
    1/4C Dried Cranberries (or Other Dried Fruit)
    1/4C Walnuts (chopped) (or Other Chopped Nuts)


Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Drop by spoonful on parchment lined cookie sheet. (Make sure to flatten for even baking)

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F.

(Cookies do not get crispy)
