Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups of turkey breast chunks
    3 Tbs of butter
    6 - 8 Tbs cup of flour
    1 cup of nonfat milk
    1 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
    1 tsp of garlic powder
    6 cups water
    2 cups of thawed frozen peas

Directions

Cut your cooked turkey breast into chunks. Heat & melt butter in sauce pan, gradually add about 4 Tbs of flour while stirring to make a roux. Add milk slowly stirring all the time. Then when it thickens you can add some water until right consistency. Add thawed frozen peas and seasonings. Add 2 or more Tbs flour to mixed with water to pan and stir until thickens. Simmer until right consistency and flavors blended. Serve over toast, noodles or Crispy Chinese Noodles! Delicious! May use tuna or chicken instead of turkey!

Serving Size: Makes approx (8) 1 cup servings
Delicious and rich without adding more milk!
