    12 oz. Chicken Breast, ground
    4 Green Onion, chopped
    2 Cups Cabbage, Cole Slaw Mix
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    4 oz Rice Stick Noodles
    1 stalk Celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp Soy sauce low sodium
    2Tbsp Olive Oil
    18 Egg Roll Wraps


Grind chicken breast in food processor, brown in wok or large fry pan, with chopped green onion, ginger, and celery, add cole slaw mix. Soften rice sticks (noodles) in hot water, drain add to mix in fry pan, add soy sauce and mix. Wrap mix (about 1/3 cup) in egg roll wrap. Spray cookie sheet Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, turn and cook an additional 5-10 minutes.
