    1/2 cup steel cut oats
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 cups water


Mix together oatmeal, milk and water in a 4 cup glass bowl, and place in crock pot. Fill crock pot with enough water to come half way up outside of bowl. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
